A little over a year ago, I embarked on a journey to create something truly special: non-toxic, custom, luxury candles. I’m from North Carolina but currently living in Alaska, I was looking for a hobby to help me get through the long, dark winters.

My love for fragrances and candles has always been a part of me. In fact, my home was never complete without at least one lit candle. I wanted to create something that combined my two passions, and that's how Velvet Heat was born.     

 

​Our candles are all-natural and hand-poured, with custom designs featuring our signature flowers and colored wooden wicks. Each candle is crafted with love and attention to detail, ensuring that every flicker of the flame not only illuminates your space but also envelops it in captivating fragrances. I take great pride in every step of the process, from selecting the best supplies to designing each label.
